Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and my life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.

It is said when someone wants to repent of their sin, they should ask God for forgiveness, and state belief in the life, death, and saving resurrection of Jesus Christ.
After this manner then therefore pray:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
